摘　　要：用4Cr5MoSiV1钢代替3Cr2W8V钢制作高强紧固件热锻模,并采用真空淬火加深冷处理、等温淬火工艺,模具寿命提高2倍以上,经济效益显著。The 4Cr5MoSiV1 instead of 3Cr2W8V steel was used for making hot forging dies of high strengthening bolts and nuts, the life-span of dies increased above two times after vacuum quenching and isothermal quenching processes, the economic benefit was remarkable.
