摘 要:研究了单丝脉冲MIG焊、低速和高速双丝脉冲MIG焊对高强Al-Cu合金焊缝组织及性能的影响。实验结果表明:低速双丝脉冲MIG焊焊缝组织以粗大的等轴枝晶为主,α(Al)-CuAl2共晶呈长条网状分布,降低了焊缝的强度、硬度和塑性;高速双丝脉冲MIG焊焊缝组织为细小的等轴枝晶,接头性能和单丝脉冲MIG焊相近,但高速双丝脉冲MIG焊焊接效率远高于单丝脉冲MIG,因此特别适合于厚板铝合金焊接。The effects of single-wire pulsed MIG, high-speed and low-speed double-wires pulsed MIG processes on the microstructure and properties of welds of high strength Al-Cu alloy were investigated. The results showed that microstructure of weld under low-speed double-wires pulsed MIG welding are coarse equiaxed dendrites, the α (Al) -CuAl2 eutectic along grain or dendrite boundaries is reticular distribution, the tensile strength and elongation of weld joint decreases. The microstrure of weld under high-speed double-wires pulsed MIG are fine equiaxed dendrites. The property of high-speed double-wires pulsed MIG is similar to single-wire pulsed MIG, but lt's weld efficiency is superior to sing-wire pulsed MIG, so high-speed double-wires pulsed MIG weld is especially suitable for the thick plate aluminum alloys.
