北京市西城区2005-2007年志贺氏菌菌型变化及药敏分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市西城区志贺菌菌型变化特点和药物敏感性,为细菌性痢疾的防治提供依据。方法细菌鉴定采用VITEK全自动化生化仪进行鉴定,菌型分型采用血清学方法,药敏试验采用K-B法。结果2005-2007年共鉴定西城区志贺菌103株,以福氏和宋内志贺菌为主,但菌型发生了变化,出现了福氏志贺菌F4c型逐年减少,宋内志贺菌逐年增多的情况;对志贺氏菌敏感的药物有:头孢噻肟,环丙沙星,头孢唑啉,诺氟沙星,左氧氟沙星,氧氟沙星;不敏感的药物有:氨苄西林、甲氧苄啶、四环素、萘啶酸。结论西城区志贺菌菌型以F4c型为主向以宋内志贺菌为主的方向转变,药敏情况也发生了相应的变化。To understand the changes of strain types and the drug-susceptibility of Shigella isolated in Xicheng district of Beijing in order to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of bacillary dysentery the automatic biochemical apparatus VITEK was used for the identification of bacteria isolated, the bacterial strain typing was performed with serological testings and the drug-susceptibility was determined by K-B methods. From 2005 to 2007, totally 103 strains of shigellae were identified in which the predominant organisms were Shigella flexneri and Shigella sonnei. However, changes in the strain types occurred with gradual decrease of S. flexneri F4c and gradual increase of S. sonnei . The shigellae isolated were sensitive to CTX, CIP, KZ, NOR. KF, LEV and OFX, but resistant to AMP, SXT TE and NA. It is clear that change in strain types and drugsusceptibility of shigellae isolated in Xicheng district of Beijing occurred from 2005 to 2007.
