清脂颗粒对蛋黄乳高脂血模型小鼠对抗缺氧效应研究

摘  要:目的观察清脂颗粒对蛋黄乳高脂血模型小鼠药诱实验。方法雌雄各半的昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、阳性药对照组、模型对照组、清脂颗粒3个受试剂量组[18.4g/(kg·d)]、[9.2g/(kg·d)]、[4.6g/(kg·d)],每组各10只,给药7d后,除空白对照组,其他各组分别腹腔注射80%蛋黄乳液0.1mL/10g,禁食10h后,采用常压耐缺氧实验方法,观察小鼠缺氧存活时间,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果用药后小鼠缺氧存活时间延长,蛋黄乳高脂模型小鼠血清中MDA、NO有明显升高。给药组血清中MDA、NO中明显低于蛋黄乳高脂模型组,并具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清脂颗粒具有明显提高蛋黄乳高脂血模型小鼠耐缺氧能力的作用。Objective To explore influence of Qingzhi Granule on drug induced effects of Egg Yolk Hyperlipemia model of mice. Methods Sixty male and female mice of Kunming species were randomly divided into 6 groups,a blank control group,a positive drug control group,a model control group and three treatment groups with different dosage of Qingzhi Granule[ 18.4 g/(kg ·d)], [9.2 g/(kg ·d) ] ,[4.6 g/(kg·d) ] ,with 10 mice in each. Mice in the blank control group and the model control group received the same dosage of 0.9% natrii chloride. At the same time,a positive drug control group and three treatment groups with different dosages of Qingzhi Granule were treated with corresponding drugs for 7 d. Except blank control group, each group were treated with 0.1 mL/10g 80% eggyolk through intraperitoneal injection. After fasting for 10 h,the mice were carried out antihypoxia experiment under normal pressure,their survival time was recorded, MDA and NO in mouse serum were determined. Results Qingzhi Granuli prolonged survival time of mice. NO and MDA in model group increased significantly. NO, MDA significantly decreased after giving Qingzhi Granule (P〈0.01). Conclusion Qingzhi Granule can significantly improve anti-hypoxia effects of egg yolk hyperlipemia model of mice.
