摘 要:以活性炭粉、高纯度纳米氧化钇粉和硅粉为原料,采用高温合成法制备出了一种结构新奇的硅酸钇,其形状酷似珍珠项链,由一根纳米线把一定数量的小珠子串在一起。纳米线的直径为150 nm左右,长度为几十微米到几百微米,甚至到几毫米,小珠子的直径为3μm左右。XRD分析结果表明该结构的硅酸钇为X1型。所有项链的形貌和结构非常相似,但是项链中珠子的形状、大小、以及珠子与珠子之间的距离各有差异,并对其形成过程及机理进行了初步探讨。A new kind of Y2SiO5 with necklace-like structure had been synthesized by using silicon powder, activated carbon, and Y2O3 nanopowder as raw materials. The products were characterized by SEM and XRD. The necklace-like YESiO5 was composed of a nanowire and small beads. SEM observations reveal that nanowires have a typical diameter of 100-200 nm, and length in the range of a few tens to a few hundreds of micrometers. Some of them even have a length on the order of millimeters. The small beads diameter of the necklace-like Y2SiO5 varies from 1 to 5 μm. The necklace-like Y2SiO5 have the similar morphology, but the shape and size of beads and distance between two beads are different from each other. The growth of the one-dimensional nanostructures was dominated by vapor-solid process and the possible growth mechanism of necklace-like Y2SiO5 is proposed. It is thought that the necklace- like Y2Si05 is formed by a two-step process.
