摘 要:目的探讨正常移植肾微循环灌注的声诺维(SonVue)超声造影成像特征。方法功能正常的同种异体移植肾患者36例;仪器为Siemens公司Sequoia512彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,配备对比脉冲序列(contrast pulsed sequences,CPS)造影技术;造影剂为SonoVue,剂量选择为0.6~1.0mL;常规超声检查结束后启动造影模式,实时存储图像,回放分析。结果利用SonVue超声造影成像技术可以成功地进行移植肾实质微循环灌注的实时检测,并且时间分辨力高于彩色多普勒成像技术。结论SonVue超声造影成像技术为临床提供了一种进行移植肾微循环监测的准确、简便易成功、成像质量理想、无创、无禁忌证的新技术。Objective To probe into microcirculatory characteristics of normal transplanted kidney on contrastenhanced ultrasonography with SonVue. Methods The normal functions of 36 transplanted kidneys were confirmed by clinical. The used instrument included Siemens Sequoia 512 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic system equipped with contrast enhanced technology of contrast pulsed sequences (CPS) and with contrast agent SonoVue (Bracco, Italy) The dosage of contrast agent was 0. 6-1.0 ml. After routine uhrasonographic examination, the mode of contrast enhanced imaging was started. The contrast-enhanced images were stored real time and were analysed for review. Results The microcirculatory perfusion of transplanted kidney was examined successfully on contras- tenhanced uhrasonography with SonoVue, and the temporal resolution of contrast enhanced imaging was higher than that of color Doppler imaging. Conclusions The contrast-enhanced ultrasonography with SonoVue is exact, simple, easy to succeed, non-invasive with ideal image quality and non-contrain dication. It is a new technique to successfully display microcirculatory perfusion of transplanted kidney in clinical.
