摘 要:目的评价实时三维超声对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法对40例常规二维超声检查初诊有先天性子宫畸形患者进行经腹三维超声检查,并与宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合检查结果进行对照。结果40例患者中,经腹三维超声检查诊断完全纵隔6例,不全纵隔17例,双角子宫12例,双子宫3例,残角子宫2例,与最终结果基本一致。结论实时三维超声是一种简便、易行、准确的诊断子宫畸形的方法。Objective To evaluate the value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital uterine anomalies. Methods Three-dimensional ultrasound was performed on 40 patients suspected of uterine anomalies with two-dimensional ultrasound scan. Then we compared the ultrasonic results with hysterography and laparoscopy. Results Of the 40 patients, six cases were diagnosed as complete septate uterus, 17 cases as subseptate uterus, 12 cases as bicornuate uterus, 3 cases as didephic uterus and 2 caese as rudimentary horn of uterus. Conclusions Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound can be regarded as a simple, convenient and accurate way to diagnose congenital uterine anomalies.
