摘  要:目的探讨声诺维(SonoVue)在子宫输卵管超声造影中的临床应用价值。方法36例患者,其中原发不孕12例,继发不孕24例。对36例患者的63条输卵管分别进行了声诺维与双氧水子宫输卵管超声造影,采用自身对照的方法,比较2种不同造影剂及方法诊断的敏感性以及不良反应发生情况。结果声诺维超声造影可以清晰显示子宫腔及输卵管腔灌注情况。其图像质量明显优于双氧水(χ2=95.2,P<0.000);而副作用少于双氧水(χ2=39.76,P<0.00)。结论本组患者子宫输卵管超声造影结果显示,声诺维明显优于传统的双氧水,具有潜在的临床应用前景。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of SonoVue in hysterosalpingo-contrast-sonography (HyCoSy). Methods Totally 63 fallopian tubes in 36 infertile women including 12 primary infertility and 24 acquired infertility women were examined HyCoSy with both SonoVue and hydrogen peroxide. The image quality and adverse effects were studied with self control. Results SonoVue-HyCoSy displayed the fallopian tubes and uterine cavity more clearly and the HyCoSy image quality of fallopian tubes and uterine cavity with SonoVue was better than those of hydrogen peroxide (x^2=95.2, P〈0.000), and the advesse effects were less (x^2: 39.76, P〈0.00) Conclusions HyCoSy with SonoVue showed better diagnostic performance in the evaluation of the fallopian tubes and uterine cavity than that of hydrogen peroxide.
