摘 要:对通过外科手术摘除的10例疑似犬乳腺肿瘤标本按国际标准进行了病理组织学分类,并采用鼠抗人p53和CD44抗体,用免疫组织化学方法对病料组织中的p53和CD44抗原进行了检测。结果表明,10例犬乳腺肿瘤中恶性肿瘤占50%,其中乳腺浸润性导管癌占30%;良性肿瘤占30%,乳腺非肿瘤性疾病占20%。p53在恶性乳腺肿瘤组织中的表达明显高于良性乳腺肿瘤组织,差异极显著(P<0.01)。CD44在恶性乳腺肿瘤组织、良性乳腺肿瘤组织和非肿瘤组织中均有表达,三者之间CD44的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。证实,p53在病理组织中表达的强弱可作为动物乳腺肿瘤诊断和预后的判定标准之一,而CD44的表达对于乳腺肿瘤的诊断无临床意义。Ten cases of suspicious canine breast tumor specimens from clinics were classified by the pathohistologieal observation. The p53 and CD44 were examined by immunohistochemical assay with rabbit anti-mouse polyclonal antibodies against p53 or CD44. The malignant breast tumors were made up 50% ,the benign breast tumors were made up 30% ,and the non-breast tumors were made up 20% ,in the 10 cases of tumors. The expression of p53 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in benign breast tumors. There was no significant difference among the expressions of CD44 in the breast cancers,the benign and the non-breast tumor tissues. The results showed that p53 could be used as one of the indications for diagnosis and prognosis of breast tumor,but CD44 was not.
