超敏C反应蛋白在健康体检中的意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨超敏C反应蛋白（HS-CRP）作为心、脑血管疾病的常规筛查指标,在正常人群健康体检中的意义。[方法]选取本院健康体检者310例,排除能引起C反应蛋白升高的炎性疾病,在OlympusAU2700全自动生化分析仪上,用乳胶增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清中的HS-CRP,同步测定血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等4项血脂指标,并进行对比分析。[结果]单纯血脂检测,高脂血症者108例,心、脑血管疾病危险因素的检出率为34.8%;单纯HS-CRP检测,升高者86例,检出率27.7%;血脂与HS-CRP同时检测,异常者145例,检出率46.7%。血脂、HS-CRP单独检测与两者同时检测比较,P值均〈0.01,差异具有非常显著性意义。[结论]HS-CRP与血脂同时检测,能筛查出30%~40%用常规血脂检测未发现的具有心、脑血管疾病的潜在危险者。HS-CRP在心、脑血管疾病预测中具有重要价值。应作为血脂的补充检测指标,用于健康人群体检中,以提高心、脑血管疾病的预报率。[Objective] To discuss the significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein（HS-CRP） in medical examination of healthy people as a routine determined index.[Methods]Three hundred and ten cases of medical examination people in our hospital were celected,excluding the inflammation disease that could make HS-CRP risen.The levels of HS-CRP in serum were determined by particle enhanced Immuoturbidimetric method at the analysis instrument of OlympusAU2700.The total cholesterin（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterin（HDL-C）and low density lipoprotein cholesterin（LDL-C）were determined at the same time and were contrasted with HS-CRP.[Results]108 cases of high lipids people were found by determining blood lipids solely and the positive rate was 34.8%.86 cases of high HS-CRP people were found by determining HS-CRP solely and the positive rate was 27.7%.But if the both were determined at the same time,the positive rate was 46.7%.The positive rates of determining HS-CRP and blood lipids solely were compared with the positive rate of determining them at the same time,the difference had very prominent significance（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] HS-CRP and blood lipids are determined at the same time,we can find 30%~40% latent patients of heart or brain blood vessel disease.HS-CRP is important in forecasting heart or brain blood vessel disease.It should be used as a complementary determined index in medical examination of healthy people,in order to advance the forecast rate of heart or brain blood vessel disease.
