四君子汤在膀胱癌治疗中的应用及研究进展

摘　　要：近年来由于环境、生活等因素膀胱癌的发病率日趋升高,研究证明四君子汤对膀胱癌预防及治疗有着独特之处。四君子汤可通过防治癌变、抑制增值和诱导凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移、提高机体免疫力、减轻放化疗副作用和改善膀胱癌晚期患者的生活质量等方面应用于膀胱癌的防治,并为其临床应用和实验研究提供了科学依据。Associated with the environment factors and lift styles of these years,the incidence of the bladder carcinoma is increasing.The Chinese medicine Sijunzi decoction has the special effect on the prevention and treatment of the bladder tumor.Sijunzi decoction can be used to prevent and treat the bladder carcinoma through facets as preventing cells carcinogenic,inhibiting the cancer growth,inducing the tumor cells apoptosis,suppressing the tumor cells metastasis,increasing the host immune function,preventing the side effects of the chemicals and radiation therapy,as well as improving the lift quality of the bladder carcinoma patients in the late phase.The research data provide scientific evidence on clinical application and trial of ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂ for treating bladder tumor.
