治疗女性鼻唇沟老化的新方法

摘　　要：目的介绍一种较新的治疗女性鼻唇沟老化的手术方法。方法先以抽吸的方法去除鼻唇沟外侧的颊部脂肪,再行鼻唇沟皮下分离,最后将取自腹部的脂肪纯化后植入分离的鼻唇沟。自1998年10月至2006年12月,对79例鼻唇沟老化的女性进行治疗。结果除15例患者术后出现局部淤血,2周后自行恢复外,余者未出现其他并发症。术后3个月随访所有患者,其满意率为100%;术后3年,其满意率为86%。结论将脂肪抽吸、鼻唇沟皮下分离及脂肪植入联合治疗女性鼻唇沟老化,其短期效果良好,但长期效果有待观察。Objective Description of a new method of treatment for nasolabial fold aging in females. Methods This method of therapy combines facial liposuction, subcutaneous dissection of the nasolabial fold and the fat transplantation of adipose tissue. This report includes findings in 79 patients who were treated with this combined therapy from 1998 to 2006. Results A post operative survery showed that the patient satisfaction rate after this procedure was 86% with an average of 3 years follow - up. Satisfaction rate was 100% with 3 months followup. Conclusion This method is an ideal treatment for the nasolabial fold of orient females. The short - term outcome is excellent, but long- term results will need to be further examined.
