摘  要:目的探索利用兔自体毛发制成一种具有良好组织相容性并适合注射的软组织填充材料。方法剪取健康青紫蓝兔的自体毛发,漂白后经球磨分别制成毛发粉体匀浆和角蛋白凝胶两类材料。将球磨不同时间(4 h,8 h,12 h,)制得的粒度不同的A、B、C三种毛发粉体匀浆材料和制作的角蛋白凝胶D材料,分别回注于兔自体背部的皮下层,定期观察材料的吸收情况,并于注射后1、4、16、32周分批处死兔,将注射部位行组织切片后观察四种材料的组织反应情况。结果A、B、C、D四种材料均具有良好的可注射性。回注的A、B、C三种材料其周围组织未见明显的炎症反应,而有不同程度的纤维增生,以A材料的增生较为显著;回注的D材料其早期局部可见炎细胞浸润,未见明显纤维增生。D材料在体内吸收降解较快,16周时完全吸收;A、B、C三种材料在体内吸收降解的差别不明显,12个月时皮丘体积维持率δ分别为38%、42%、39%。结论将球磨时间控制在8 h所制得的毛发粉体匀浆材料,具有良好的组织相容性和较低的吸收率,有望成为一种新型的可注射的自体软组织填充材料。Objective To explore an effective method for preparation of a new injectable frier for soft tissue augmentation with autogenous rabbit hair which has better histoeompatibility. Methods After pooling and bleaching autogenous hair from each rabbit, some hair was used to make three kinds of powdered homogenate material (A, B, C) by grinding for different lengths of time (4 h, 8 h and 12 h). Others hair was used to make to material D with hair keratin glue. These different kinds of autogenous materials were injected subcutaneously on the back of each rabbit and the absorption rate of each different kind of material was observed. At time points 1, 4, 16 and 32 weeks after injection, some of the rabbits were sacrificed, and the histological reactions were studied. Results All of the kinds of autogenous hair material in this study were injectable. The histological reaction to material D was more pronounced than to the other types of material. The absorption rates of materials A, B and C were evidently slower than type D. The fibrous proliferation surrounding injection sites of A, B and C materials was more evident than D. The fibrous capsule around the type A hair material was much thicker than the others. The absorption of type D was much faster than the others. The difference in absorption among types A, B, C was not significant and the maintenance of volume for types A, B and C was 38 %, 42 % and 39 % as eompared with the original volume respectively. Conclusion The autogenous hair material produced by grinding for 8 hours in the ball mill overall shows the better suitability adaptivity and histoeompatibility. As such, this material may offer a new kind of injectable soft tissue for augmentation.
