摘　　要：改革开放30年来,我党在农村领域实现了四大阶梯式创新:土地制度改革,村民自治制度的建立,农村税费体制改革和社会主义新农村建设。这些都是我们党在探索中国特色社会主义新农村建设道路上的成功实践。这些实践创新重塑和再造了农村的经济和政治基础,激活和解放了农村生产力,切实保障了农民的切身利益,促进了农村的全面发展。The reform and opening up has lasted for 30 years. Our party created four major innovations in the rural areas：land reform, the villager autonomy system, the rural tax and fee system reform and constructing a new socialist countryside. These are the successful practices of constructing socialist new countryside with Chinese characteristics. They remodeled the rural economic and political foundation, activated and liberated the rural productive forces, protected the peasants＇ vital interests, promote the comprehensive development of the rural areas.
