对扩招形势下研究生新生入学思想教育工作的探索——以广西师范大学历史文化与旅游学院为例

摘　　要：文章对扩招形势下研究生新生的基本现状进行了分析和研究,指出了高校原有研究生新生入学思想教育工作模式存在的不足,提出了一种新的研究生新生入学思想教育工作管理模式。并以广西师范大学历史文化与旅游学院为例,从校园文化活动、研究生会、加强导师的引导和情感教育等四个方面详细阐述了研究生新生入学思想教育工作管理模式的具体内容。The essay points out the shortcomings for the existing indelogical education for the new postgraduates. A new management model is offered after the analysis and exploration into the current situation of the new postgraduates underthe higher enrollment in colleges and universities. The contents of the indelogical education for the new postgraduates are specificty explained from the view of points of enriching the campus cultural activities, strenghening the work of the postgraduate＇ uion, raising the research director＇s guidance, and emotional education in the Historical Culture and Tourism College of Guangxi Normal University.
