摘　　要：在国内相关研究的基础上,从管理者层面,运用相关人力资源管理理论,分析中小型图书馆馆员培训的现状以及存在的问题,挖掘出当前制约我国中小型图书馆馆员培训的主要障碍因素,并针对这些因素提出解决的办法。Using the theory of human resources management, the article analyzes the current situation of the training of librarians at small and medium-sized Libraries, as well as the existing problems. And some solutions are put forward in it.
