摘　　要：网络犯罪是一种犯罪的新形态,网络犯罪的预防和控制机制是一项综合性的、复杂的系统工程,文中从建立网络警察队伍、建立网络犯罪的防范机制、防控网络犯罪的对策、网络犯罪的防范技术几个方面进行了讨论,重点阐述了网络犯罪的防范技术。The network crime is a kind of new appearance of crime. The prevention and control mechanism of the Network crime is a project of synthetic and complicated system engineering. The paper has a discussion from aspects of the establishment of network po- lice troops, building up a network crime against mechanism, defending counter - plans of the network crime, and techniques against the network crime. It focuses on cyber - crime prevention techniques in this article.
