摘 要:化学制药废水难以生化处理.采用微电解厌氧水解酸化可以使BOD/COD由0.125提高到0.644,可生化性能得到显著提高;同时考察了SBR工艺对预处理后废水的降解.结果表明:Fe/C比为30为最佳.SBR生化处理中,污泥负荷控制在0.5 kgCOD/kgMLSS.d左右,曝气6 h时COD去除率达85%,达到排放标准.It is defficuct to launch a biochemical handling to the wastewater from chemical pharmaceutical plant. BOD/COD can be raised from 0. 125 to 0. 644, and the biodegradable capacity can be notably improved by adapting micro-electrolysis-anaerobic hydrolytic acidification. This paper probes into the degredation of the pretreated wastewater with the SBR technology. The result shows that the effect is when Fe/C is 30:1. In the SBR biochemical handling, when Fw is controlled at about 0. 5 ating time is at 6 hours, the removal rates for COD is 85% and the discharge standard is achieved.
