摘 要:为了开发织物键盘,实现织物键盘代替传统的硬质键盘,使其具有便于携带、可折叠、可弯曲、手感舒适、噪声小、易洗涤等优点,对织物键盘开关进行设计与织造。采用平纹组织、经二重组织试织了上导电层,用平纹组织、纬二重组织试织了下导电层,并采用多根纬纱单独织造的方法试织了预留孔织物的绝缘层,将上下导电层与绝缘层整合到一起形成两种织物键盘开关。通过测试并比较两种开关的导通率,得出在绝缘层孔洞尺寸相同的条件下,用二重组织试织的织物键盘开关的导电性比用平纹组织试织的织物键盘开关的导电性好。In order to develop the fabric keyboard, which may replace the traditional rigid keyboard and have the advantages of being carried easily, foldable, flexible, comfortable, having little noise, being washed easily and so on, the fabric keyboard switches have been designed and weaved. The plain weave and the warp backed weave have been used to weave the upper conductive fabric, and the bottom conductive fabric is weaved by the plain weave and the weft backed weave. And the insolated fabric with reserved holes is weaved using several wefts weaved separately. The upper conductive fabric, the bottom conductive fabric, and the insulated fabric are made together to form two fabric keyboard switches. By comparing the turn-on rate of the two kinds of fabric keyboard switches, it can be concluded that when the sizes of holes on the insolated layer are the same, the conductive performance of the fabric keyboard switch weaved in the warp backed weave is better than that made in plain weave.
