摘　　要：在喷气织机上采用凸轮开口机构生产异纬高密双层织物,解决了易出现织错的难点问题,并通过优化各项工艺参数,采取了加大上机张力、调整开口动程、加强操作技术等关键技术措施,使织机效率上升到92%,下机一等品率达到88%,坯布布面质量与实物质量均明显提高。Cam opening mechanism was used in air-jet loom to weave high density different weft double-layer fabric. The difficult problems liable to exist stitch place were solved. The key technical measures of increasing loom tension, adjusting opening motion and strenghthening operation techniques were taken to improve loom efficiency to 92%, first grade percentage before cloth repairing to 88%,and the quality of gray cloth surface and end-product were enhanced distinctly.
