摘　　要：介绍了玻璃原料配料系统的硬件组成及软件系统的实现．利用该系统可实现玻璃原料配方计算与电子称参数设置，对硅砂及纯碱称进行在线水份自动补偿、排料、配合料水份调整、配料清单打印、出错报警等整个配料过程的自动控制．Describes the assembly of hard ware and the realization of soft ware system in the raw material feeding system in glass making. The system makes it possible to calculate the ingradents and to set up the parameters for electronic weighters, which will automatically perform the following functions: on line self compensation for the moisture contained in the silica and sodium carbonate, feeding, moisture adjustment in the mixed materials,printing and error alarm.
