摘　　要：文章从图书馆公益性的价值体现、图书馆公益性的缺失及维护图书馆公共权利的现实选择等方面阐述了公民权利与公共图书馆公益性之间的关系。The article elaborates the relation between the citizen right and the public welfare of public library from the worth body and lacking of the library public welfare now, realistic choice of the maintenance of library public right etc.
