摘　　要：数字环境下,馆藏资源评价是一个长期反复的活动。数字馆藏资源评价需要长效运行,这就要建立数字馆藏评价作用机制即过滤、推荐和协调三大机制及其运作机制,即数字馆藏评价图书馆联盟共享机制和知识服务市场机制。这些机制的实施依托于数字馆藏评价项目的开展,这也是图书馆在数字环境下馆藏建设和资源服务的必然要求。In the digital environment, collection evaluation is a long -term and reduplicate active. If collection evaluation needs to operate in a long term, it should establish collection evaluation function mechanism including filtration, recommendation and harmonization, as well as collection evaluation running mechanism including library alliance sharing mechanism and knowledge service market mechanism. Carrying out of all the mechanisms relies on the project of collection evaluation, which is also the necessity of collection development and service in the digital environment.
