求米草种子萌发特性研究

摘　　要：对求米草种子萌发条件进行了研究,结果表明：求米草种子最佳的浸种时间是12-24 h;萌发最适的温度条件为20-25℃;光照对种子萌发的影响不大;草炭＋珍珠岩（1∶1）及草炭最利于种子萌发。The germination conditions of Oplismenus undulatifolius were studied in this paper.The results showed that the best seed soaking time of Oplismenus undulatifolius was 12～24 hours.Themost suitable temperature for the germination was 20～25℃.Whether lighting or not had little effect on germination.The peat＋perlite（1∶1）,and the peat were the best sprouting condition of the seed.
