六个微型月季品种硬枝扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以珍珠岩∶草炭=2∶1(体积比)为扦插基质,研究微型月季品种‘白珂斯特’、‘金太阳’、‘小女孩’、‘矮仙女’、‘冬梅’和‘紫微星’的硬枝扦插繁殖效果。试验结果表明:同一扦插基质条件下,不同品种在叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重、根干重、根系数量、根系长度、叶绿素含量和根系活力等方面均出现显著差异,上述6个品种的生根率依次为53.33%、60%、82.22%、75.55%、91.11%和62.22%,表明不同微型月季品种扦插对此基质的适宜性不同。综合比较,‘冬梅’各项生理指标均较好,珍珠岩∶草炭=2∶1(体积比)可作为‘冬梅’的适宜扦插基质。The cutting matrix was perlite∶bog=2∶1（volume）and the tested Rosa hybrida var.minima were ＇White Koster＇、＇Gold Sun＇、＇Maddy＇、＇Dwarf Fairy＇、＇Purple Ministar＇and＇Winter Plum＇.Results showed that cuttings planted in the same matrix condition were with significant differences in leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,root fresh weight,root dry weight,the number of root,root length,root activity,chlorophyll content.The average rooting rate involved in the above six species were 53.33%,60%,82.22%,75.55%,91.11% and 62.22%.It indicated that the cutting matrix which fits to different Rosa hybrida var.minima varieties was different.Comprehensively,the cutting matrix of perlite∶bog=2∶1（volume） can be used as the best cutting medium for ＇Winter Plum＇ for it showing with best physiological indexes under this cultivation condition.
