摘　　要：菊花通常以扦插繁殖为主。结果表明：单独使用IBA处理插穗时,在0-1500μL/L范围内,根数、根长、根重随IBA浓度的升高而增加,在1 500μL/L处理区生根效果最佳。IBA和NAA混合使用时,其最佳组合IBA 1 500μL/L＋NAA 800μL/L。Chrysanthemums always reproduce by cuttage.The result of experiments indicated： When we used IBA to deal with the spilce,the quantity,length and weight of the root increase along with the rising of IBA consistency within 0-1 500 μL/L.The roots grow best within 1 500 μL/L handling region.When IBA and NAA were mixedly used,it＇s best union was IBA 1 500 μL/L ＋ NAA 800 μL/L.
