摘　　要：首先对受谐波污染影响后的电压和电流基波及各次谐波的测量原理进行分析,然后对监测仪的软硬件设计进行论述。该测量仪能够对电力系统进行实时、准确的谐波监测和故障分析。Firstly, the measurement theory about electric parameters in non-sine circuit is described. And then the software and hardware design of the instrument are discussed. This instrument can realize the functions of real-time and accurate power harmonic monitoring and fault analysis.
