摘　　要：介绍一种能精确可靠的标定差动电感式位移传感器的校准装置,该装置软件部分基于LabVIEW设计,硬件为螺纹杆校准台。经过反复实验,证明该校准装置精度高,性能稳定,符合中华人民共和国机械行业标准JB/T 9256-1999。A calibration instrument of a differental inductance type transducer is introduced in this article, which can calibrate the sensor accuracy and stability. The software of the calibration instrument is designed based on the Lab- VIEW, and its hardware is the thread rod bed. After repeating test, we can prove that the calibration instrument is stable and accurate. It performs to the PRC standard of mechanical field JB/T 9256 - 1999.
