摘  要:以联苯二氯苄(BCMB)、亚磷酸三乙酯(TEP)、邻苯磺酸钠苯甲醛(BDSS)为原料,经两步反应合成了4,4'-双(2-苯乙烯磺酸钠)联苯(CBS-120)。分别对两步反应的合成影响因素进行了考察。4,4'-二乙氧基磷酰甲基联苯(BDPMD)最佳合成工艺为:反应温度160℃,n(TEP):n(BCMB)=2.5~2.8;CBS-120最佳合成工艺为:30%甲醇钠溶液做催化剂,反应温度30~50℃,m(丙酮):m(二甲基亚砜)=1.2~1.5,n(BDSS):n(BDPMD)=2.4。反应总收率达70%,产物经荧光分光光度分析,达到市售 CBS-120标样质量水平,该工艺较为简单,易于操作。Fluorescent whitener 4'4-bis-(2-sodium styrene sulfonate) biphenyl(CBS-120) was synthe- sized with 4,4'-bis-(chlorom ethyl)-biphenyl, sodium benzaldehy-2-sulphonate and triethyl phosphite in two steps. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of 4,4'-bis-(chlorom ethyl)-biphenyl and trieth- yl phosphate were found as follows: temperature 160 ℃, molar ratio of TEP to BCMB 2.5 -2.8. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of CBS-120 were: 30wt% sodium methoxide as catalyst, reacting temperature 30 - 50 ℃, mass ratio of acetone to DMSO 1.2 - 1.5, and molar ratio of BDSS to BDPMD 2.4. The total yield of the two steps was more than 70%. The quality of the products analyzed by spectrofluorophotometer reached the standard samples. The new process is also simple and easy to operate.
