硫代异丙醇的气相色谱分析

摘  要:利用 GC9800TFP 型气相色谱仪,使用 SE-54型毛细管色谱柱,丙酮作内标物,建立了硫脲法和 NaHS法合成硫代异丙醇的色谱分析方法。在柱温50℃、气化室温度150℃、检测器温度150℃、载气流速1 mL/min 的条件下,色谱分离效果好。硫代异丙醇与内标物的相对浓度比在0.046 2~0.334 0范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.999 6,回收率为96.26%~101.05%,标准偏差为0.079 26,变异系数为0.041 0。Isopropyl mercaptan is one of important reagents in organic synthesis, but the analysis methods for isopropyl mercaptan are rarely reported. In the present study, isopropyl mercaptan was determined by gas chromatograph GC9800TFP with SE-54 column and acetone as internal standard for the analysis of the product content prepared with thiourea and NariS. The results showed that good separation effect was obtained when column temperature was 50 ℃, injection temperature was 150 ℃, detector temperature was 150 ℃ and flow rate of carrier gas was 1 mL/min. The linear correlation co- efficient was 0. 999 6 in the isopropyl mercaptan concentration range of 0. 046 2 - 0. 334 0. The recov- eries were in the range of 96.26 %- 101.05%, the standard deviation was 0.079 26, and the coefficient of variability was 0. 041 0.
