摘  要:建立了以苯酚为原料合成对苯二酚过程中各物质的高效液相色谱(HPLC)及气相色谱(GC)分析方法。HPLC 方法采用 Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,10μm),流动相组成:V(甲醇):V(水):V(改性剂)=20:80:0.15,流动相流速为1.0 mL/min,定量环进样20μL,Prostar 紫外检测器检测波长为254 nm,实现了对低含量对苯二酚、对苯醌、邻苯二酚及苯酚4种物质的分离测定;同时,采用氢火焰离子化检测器对上述4种物质在较高浓度下进行了 GC 分析,测定快速准确。High performance liquid chromatogram (HPLC) and gas chromatogram (GC) methods were used to determine the concentrations of the compositions in the synthetical process of hydroquinone. In the HPLC performance, the Kromasil C18 was used as the separating column, injection loop was 20 L, and the flow phase was methanol : deioned water : transparent additive = 20 : 80 : 0. 15. The separation conditions of HPLC were as follows: the flow rate of the mobile phase was 1 mL/min and samples were detected by the Prostar UV-detector at the wavelength of 254 nm to determine low contents of hydroquinone, benzonquinone, catechol, and phenol. GC method was used to determine high contents of above compositions by the flame ion detector (FID).
