自拟降脂汤配合耳尖穴放血及耳穴贴压治疗高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药自拟降脂汤配合耳尖穴放血及耳穴贴压治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将182患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照1组61例以及对照2组61例。治疗组以中药自拟降脂汤配合耳尖穴放血及耳穴贴压治疗,对照1组用耳尖放血加耳穴贴压治疗,对照2组用单纯西药降脂治疗,三组疗程均为30天。结果:治疗组与对照1组和对照2组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);三组患者治疗前后的TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C自身比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照1组总有效率83.6%,对照2组总有效率80.3%。治疗组与对照1组和对照2组的临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照1组与对照2组的临床疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药自拟降脂汤配合耳尖穴放血及耳穴贴压治疗高脂血症有确切疗效,有其独特的优点,值得在临床上推广,尤其适合基层单位应用。Objiective： To observe clinical effects on hyperlipemia treatment by self-creating formula jiangzhi decoction combined with bleeding on er jian extra acupoint and ear acupuncture. Methods： 182 patients were randomized into treatment group with 60 people, control group A with 61 people, and control group B with 62 people. treatment group was treated by self-creating formula jiangzhi decoction combined with bleeding on er jian extra- acupoint and ear acupuncture. Control group A was given bleeding on er jian extra acupoint and ear acupuncture. Control group B used westen medicine, treatment procedure for each group lasted for 30 days..Results： the comparison of TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C contents in treatment group with control group A and B showed obvious difference （P〈0.01）, the comparison of TC ,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C contents before and after treatment showed obvious difference （P〈0.05）. total effective rate in treatment group was 91.7%, total effective rate in control group A was 83.6% and in control group B was 80.3%. the comparison of clinical effects in treatment group with control groupA and B showed obvious difference（P〈0.01 ）. the comparison of clinical effects in control groupA and B showed no difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： self-creating formula jiangzhi decoction combined with bleeding on er jian extra-acupoint and ear acupuncture manifests certain effects in Treating hyperlipemia. It shows particular merits and worths of spreading, especially in basic hygiene organizations.
