摘 要:目的:观察醒脑通脉胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后脑损伤的保护作用。方法:以大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型为研究对象,应用神经功能行为学评分、TTC染色、干湿重法测定脑水含量和ELISA法观察醒脑通脉胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后脑损伤的保护作用及对脑组织内血小板活化因子(PAF)含量的影响。结果:醒脑通脉胶囊大剂量组能降低模型大鼠神经功能行为学评分,大、小剂量组均能减少模型大鼠脑组织脑梗死范围,降低脑组织中PAF的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:醒脑通脉胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后脑损伤有保护作用,其作用机制可能与降低模型大鼠脑组织中PAF的含量有关。Objective: To observe the protective effects of xingnaotongmai capsules against the cerebral damage in the rat eperienced focal cerebral ischemia. Methods: The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia was used to observe the effects of xingnaotongmai capsules against the Cerebral damage in the rat experienced focal cerebral ischemia and on the contents of PAF in cerebral tissue by using neuronal function behavior scoring, TTC staining and ELISA. Results: xingnaotongmai capsules in heavy dose could decrease the neuronal function behavior score in bigger model rats (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, it was able to reduce the cerebral infarct size (P〈0.01) and decrease the cerebral levels of PAF (P〈O.OS,P〈O.O1) in the rats of both model groups. Conclusion: the resuhs suggest that xingnaoyongmai capsules show protective effects against the cerebral damage caused by focal cerebral ischemia, the mechanism of which is related to its decreasing the cerebral levels of PAF.
