摘 要:将活性聚合物与具有降摩阻性能的烯基咪唑啉衍生物封端聚醚复配,制备了一种新型的复合降摩阻剂,并进行了实验室原油流动性能评价。在原油中加入此种降摩阻剂,观察原油流动阻力、黏度和微观形态的变化,并与其他降摩阻剂进行了性能对比。结果表明,复合降摩阻剂与单一烯基咪唑啉衍生物封端聚醚降摩阻剂相比,前者具有较宽的可有效使用降摩阻剂的原油水含量范围,且降低原油流动阻力的能力加强。复合降摩阻剂的降摩阻性能与原油微观形态的特征性改变有相依性关系。By using the bicycloimidazoline derivative sealed end polyether to match the active polymer, a compound frictional resistance reducer(CFRR) was prepared. The laboratory appraisal for the flowability of crude oil with CFRR added was carried on to investigate the changes of flow resistance, viscosity and microstate, and compared to that of crude oil with other frictional resistance reducers added. It is discovered that, compared to the bicyloimidazoline derivatives terminated polyester (FRR), with CFRR added the range of water content in crude oil, whose flowability could be improved, was widened, and the ability of reducing the flow resistance of crude oil was strengthened. Moreover, there existed a certain relation between microstate of crude oil and the flow resistance ability of CFRR, when CFRR was added into the crude oil.
