摘 要:采用电渗析方法回收汽油碱渣中的NaOH。以胜华汽油碱渣为原料,考察了不同电压对NaOH回收率的影响;以大港催化裂化汽油碱渣为原料,探讨了电场存在与否对电渗析回收NaOH的影响。结果表明,增加电压有利于提高碱渣NaOH的回收率和缩短回收时间,但电流过大会缩短离子膜和电极的使用寿命;当碱渣中NaOH浓度较大时,在电场存在的条件下进行电渗析回收NaOH,在较短的时间内就会有较好的效果。综合回收效果及离子膜与电极的承受能力,比较适宜的单对膜电压为2~2.5V。The electrodialysis was used to reclaim NaOH from alkaline residue of gasoline. The effects of the voltage added in electrodialysis on the NaOH recovery rate from the alkaline residue of Shenghua atmospheric distillate were investigated. The difference between the electric field added or not in the electrodialysis to reclaim NaOH from alkaline residue of Dagang FCC gasoline was discussed. The results indicated that the higher the voltage, the higher the recovery rate of NaOH and the shorter the recovery time. But an excessive current will shorten the working life of electrode and ion exchange membrane. The voltage of 2--2.5 V for single pair of membranes was appropriate by thinking about the NaOH recovery rate and the durability of electrode and ion exchange membrane. Compared with the effect without electric field, the effect of reclaiming NaOH from alkaline residue of Dagang FCC gasoline was much better in a short time of electrodialysis, when there was an obvious difference of the NaOH concentrations in two sides of the membrane.
