摘  要:液压混合动力车是一种新型环保节能车辆,液压辅助驱动单元与车辆的原有驱动系统共同组成了混合动力驱动系统.由于涉及到制动能量的回收和两种动力共同驱动车辆行驶的情况,带来了混合动力分配策略的复杂性,因此必须具有一个高效的能量管理系统即控制系统。笔者基于CAN总线技术,采用CAN2.0B通讯协议对该系统进行设计,其硬件核心选用由PC/104计算机+CAN通信卡组成的系统,液压辅助驱动单元关键节点采用DSP芯片TMS320LF2407构成的系统。试验表明系统具有较高的通讯可靠性,实时保证了车辆的安全性和最佳的能源匹配。Hydraulic hybrid power motor vehicle is a new type of environmental and energy saving vehicle. The hydraulic auxiliary drive unit, namely the braking power regeneration and reuse system, is constructed with hydraulic accumulator and double direction reversible hydraulic pump as its core. The hydraulic auxiliary drive unit and the vehicle' s drive system constitute the hybrid power drive system. In view of the complexity of power distribution strategy, which is caused by the condition of two types of power driving the vehicle as well as reclamation of brake energy, a high efficient control system (energy management system) was designed. Based on CAN bus technology, the communication protocol of CAN2. 0B was used to design this system, while PC/104 computer and CAN communication card were adopted to be the system main hardware and DSP unit TMS320LF2407 was used to make up the hydraulic auxiliary drive unit. The experimental results illustrate that this system is highly reliable on communication and ensures the safety of vehicle and optimal power distribution.
