摘  要:针对某厂步进式加热炉液压系统故障频发的实际情况,进行了液压系统故障原因探明和可靠性分析。由可靠性模型分析的结果可知此系统为串联系统且可靠性较低,指出系统故障原因为油液污染,并对其可靠度进行了仿真。基于并联原理,并考虑了油液污染引起共模故障,拟定了液压系统的改造方案,对液压阀台和液压站能源分别实施了改造。改造后的系统补偿了原液压系统的可靠性,使系统故障基本消除。该液压系统的运行结果表明,改造方案是切实可行的。The faults analysis and reliability analysis were made for the hydraulic system faults of walking beam furnace. The result of reliable model analysis shows that the system is cascade system which has low reliability, the system failure comes from oil pollution. The system reliability was simulated. Based on the parallel principle, and common mode failure arised by oil pollution, the transformation plan of hydraulic system was drawn up, the transformation of the hydraulic valve and the hydraulic station was implemented. After the transformation, the reliability of the hydraulic system was compensated, the system failure was eliminated. The operation result shows that the transformation plan is feasible.
