摘　　要：针对形状或功能相似的产品设计,提出一种基于变量驱动的产品系列化设计方法,将所有的设计要素视为设计变量,同时定义这些变量之间的关系式以及程序逻辑,从而使设计的自动化程度大大提高,并以渐开线齿轮为例,讨论了在三维CAD环境下基于变量驱动的系列化齿轮设计。To design the products which are similar in shape or function, a method of design of the series of products was presented based on driving variables. To treat all the design basics as variables and define the relation or logic program between them, the method can accelerate the automation of the design. The method was applied to the design of the series of involute gear in the three-dimensional software.
