摘　　要：简要介绍了解决铰杆-杠杆增力液压夹具自由度不足的三种现有技术方案,提出了一种新的方法——滚动高副取代低副法。基于新方法而设计的夹具系统,结构紧凑,刚性好,摩擦损失小。A new method was proposed to improve the freedom of the hydraulic toggle-levers by uhilizing rolling high pair instead of low pair. Compared with the traditional fixture, the designed fixture shows its advantages of compact structure, good rigidness and less friction loss.
