摘 要:分析了起始细胞数对中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros curvisetus)种群增长的影响。结果表明,单种培养的情况下,不同起始细胞数量对中肋骨条藻和旋链角毛藻种群细胞数有显著的影响,随起始细胞数的增加种群细胞数有增加的趋势。按不同接种比例进行混合培养,两种藻生长均受到抑制,而且中肋骨条藻降低的程度远大于旋链角毛藻。经计算,旋链角毛藻的种间竞争能力明显强于中肋骨条藻,抑制能力是中肋骨条藻抑制能力的11倍。The effect of initial cell density on the population competition between Skeletonema costatum and Chaetoceros curvisetus was studied in this experiment. The results showed that when the culture of the cell is alone, different initial cell density has the effects on the cell density of Skeletonema costatum and Chaetoceros curvisetus. Along with the increase of initial cell density, the cell densities of Skeletonema costatum and Chaetoceros curvisetus were increased. In the co-culture, maximum densities of the two species were affected, and the influence of Skeletonema costatum is greater than Chaetoceros curvisetus. Each of the interspecific competitive parameters of one species to the other was calculated, the results showed that Chaetoceros curvisetus has a more interspecific competitive capacity and the inhibition effect of Chaetoceros curvisetus was about e/even times as many as Skeletonema costatum.
