摘  要:目的:分析肿节风茎和叶中挥发油的主要化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别对肿节风的茎和叶进行提取,将提取物的化学成分经气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法进行分离鉴定;用归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量。结果:共从肿节风茎挥发油中鉴定出29种化合物,其含量占总挥发油的75.88%;从肿节风叶挥发油中鉴定出64种化合物,其含量占总挥发油的87.98%。结论:肿节风茎和叶中挥发油成分的最大区别在于低分子量化学成分的含量不同,茎挥发油中几乎不含此类成分。本研究所获数据可为肿节风的进一步开发提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the stem and leaves of Sarcandra glabra. METHODS: The volatile oil was extracted from the stem and leaves of Sarcandra glabra by steam distillation. The components of the volatile oil were separated and identified by GC- MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. RESULTS: 29 components in the volatile oil from the stem of Sarcandra glabra were identified, and their content representing 75.88% of the total volatile oil. 64 components in the volatile oil from the leaves of Sarcandra glabra were identified, with their content representing 87.98% of the total volatile oil. CONCLUSION: The volatile from leaves and that from stems of Sarcandra glabra varied in the content of low molecular weight of chemical constituents, almost no low molecular weight of chemical constituent contained in the volatile oil in the stems. These data provide scientific bases for exploitation of Sarcandra glabra.
