摘  要:目的:探讨快速血糖仪与奥林巴斯AU400全自动生化分析仪检测血糖结果的相关性及差异性,为临床提供参考。方法:应用快速血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪对200例患者的末梢血和静脉血浆进行血糖检测,测得的数据用SPSS统计学软件进行分析。结果:快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪测得的血糖值分别为(12.3±5.9)mmol/L和(11.0±4.1)mmol/L,快速血糖仪测得值较全自动生化分析仪测得值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析表明,二者呈正相关(r=0.982),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血浆标本未及时分离测定是引起血浆血糖假性偏低的主要原因。因此,标本采集后应立即送检,分离血浆,及时检测,以使结果有较高的准确性,为临床提供更确实的血糖检验结果。Objective To explore the difference and correlation between blood glucose meter and Olympuse AU400 autoanalyzer. Methods Capillary blood glucose (CBG)of 200 diabetes patients were measured by On * Call Plus blood glucose meter, and venous plasma glucose (VPG) of the same patients were measured as well as by hexokinase method as control, the results was measured by SPSS11.5. Results The glucose of On * Call Plus ( 12.3 ± 5.9) mmoL/L was higher than that of autoanalyer ( 11.0 ± 4. 1 ) retool/L, there was significant difference between the two methods ( P 〈 0.05 ). Comparison study showed the correlation between those two methods was significant (r = 0. 982, P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion The plasma samples didn' t separate and determinatetimely was the main reason of the false lower results of blood glucose.
