摘　　要：目的:评价跟骨重建钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法:自2002年4月至2007年4月,25例累及距下关节的跟骨骨折行跟骨外侧入路,用跟骨重建钢板内固定治疗,必要时采用植骨术。结果:所有患者经2个月～36个月,平均20个月随访,根据Maryland足部评分系统,25例跟骨SandersⅡ型、Ⅲ型骨折患者中优16例,良4例,中4例,差1例。总优良率80%。结论:开放性复位和重建钢板内固定以及必要的植骨是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal reconstructive plate in treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 25 cases of calcaneal fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal reconstructive plates. Results All cases were followed up from 2 to 36 months and evaluated according to Maryland Foot Score System. The hind foot function was excellent in 16 sides ,good in 4 ,fair in 4 ,and poor in 1, and the excellent and good rate reached 80%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal reconstructive plates is an efficacious choice to treat calcaneal fracture.
