摘 要:数值模拟了某600MW亚临界汽轮机主调阀系统内的全三维复杂蒸汽流场,并对其压损过大的原因进行了细致的数值分析。计算中,根据实际运行中的阀门结构和开度等建立了流道模型,并采用多孔介质模型模拟了主汽阀滤网对流场的影响。计算结果表明:主调阀总压损约为8.75%,与实测值8.89%接近;调节阀压损约占总压损的81%。此外,调节阀喉部最高蒸汽流速超过200m/s,所形成的节流现象是该主调阀压损较大的主要原因。In the present study, the complex three-dimensional steam flow through a main stop & control valve system of 600MW sub-critical steam turbine was numerically simulated. A detail analysis of the large pressure loss in the valve system was performed. Geometry of the calculation zone was generated based on the practical conditions, such as valve structure, valve open ratio and so on. Influence of the filter placed in the main stop valve on the steam flow was modeled by using porous zone. The numerical results showed the overall pressure loss of the valve system to be 8.75%, which is consistent to the practical data. The pressure loss in the control valves contributes to 81% of the overall loss. The peaked steam velocities at the throttle of the control valves are all larger than 200m/s, which is attributed to the unexpected the valve system of large pressure loss.
