摘 要:采用化学还原法制备Ni-B非晶态合金催化剂.应用XRD、BET测试技术考察不同制备条件下催化剂的结构特征以及用于丙酮常压气相加氢的催化性能.实验结果表明,n(Ni)∶n(B)=1∶2.5、Ni2+浓度为0.6 mol/L时形成的催化剂其非晶程度较好、催化性能也较好.Ni-B amorphous alloy catalysts were prepared by chemical reduction. The structure of catalysts which were prepared at different conditions was characterized by XRD and BET techniques. The catalytic performance was investigated by the gaseous phase hydrogenation of acetone under atmospheric pressure. The results showed that the catalyst that was prepared at mole ratio of n (Ni)/n (B) = 1:2.5, Ni2. concentration 0.6 mol/L had higher amorphous property and catalytic performance.
