摘　　要：针对五铰链斜排双曲肘塑料注射机工作原理和具体设计过程,以自动化设计为目标,研究开发了基于VB语言的塑料注射机CAD系统平台,该平台有效地集成数据查询管理、机构参数优化与特性分析、参数化绘图和三维运动仿真功能.系统平台可以有效地提高设计人员的分析能力和设计效率,以便缩短设计周期,提高产品质量,具有较高的实际应用价值.A CAD system for assisting the injection molding machine design was programmed based on the working principle and designing process of Plastic Injection Molding Machine of Five Oblique Hinge Joint-double Toggle in Visual Basic. The automation designing system was effectively integrated with data query management, parametric drawing system, 3D motion simulation, mechanism parameters optimization and analysis. The system has a potential value for practical application because it＇s helpful for the designers to improve their efficiency and analysis ability,shorten the designing cycle and enhance the product quality.
