昆明城市国际化拓展的初步构想

摘　　要：昆明城市国际化定位为面向东南亚、南亚,以现代新昆明城市和滇中城市群为依托,以旅游业、物流业、金融业、创新科技服务业为先导,以外向型制造加工业为支撑,辐射和影响中国西部、东盟和南亚地区的区域性国际化城市。昆明国际化拓展的总体框架是,以昆明现代化城市为基点,围绕昆明国际化拓展这一中心,面向国际国内两大市场,提升、调整、发展城市建设、制造业、现代服务业三大板块,着力发展以国际化的旅游、金融、物流、科技服务四个先导行业为支撑的现代服务业,从五个方面加快国际化拓展,实现昆明城市国际化的战略目标。The orientation of Kunming urban internationalization is facing Southeast Asia, South Asia, relying on modern new Kunming city and the city groups of center Kunming, taking tourism, commodity circulation, finance, creative science and technology service as leading, the export-oriented making and processing as support to influence the western part of China, ASEAN countries, the regional internationalization cities in the South Asia. The general outline of Kunming urban internationalization is based on the modern new Kunming city and develop home and abroad markets to promote city construction, making and service three modules and develop mainly tourism finance, commodity circulation, and creative science and technology service as the supporting trades in modern service to realize the strategy goal of internationalization of Kunming.
