摘　　要：中医治疗学说与阴阳气血密切相关,阴阳气血又离不开五脏,故中医以五脏为中心进行方剂的配伍也应是方剂配伍理论的一个重要组成的部分。The treatment theory of TCM was closely related with the theory of Yin-yang and Qi-xue. The theory of Yin-yang and Qi-xue can not be isolated from the theory of Wu-zang （five ZANG-organs）. Therfore, taking Wu-zang as the center to carring the prescriptions compatibility was very important composition in prescription compatibility theory.
