玄丹巴布剂对大鼠乳腺增生病治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察玄丹巴布剂抑制和治疗乳腺增生病的效果。[方法]选用健康雌性大鼠70只,随机分成6组,在乙醚麻醉的无菌条件下做双侧卵巢摘除术,术后肌注庆大霉素0.2mL/只,连续3d抗感染后用苯甲酸雌二醇注射液复制乳腺增生病模型。在造模成功后,分别使用玄丹巴布剂外贴乳房部位和乳癖消片灌胃给药,对照观察乳房外观形态、组织学形态和血浆中雌二醇的含量。[结果]玄丹巴布剂能抑制大鼠乳腺增生,降低血浆中雌二醇含量。[结论]玄丹巴布剂对苯甲酸雌二醇注射液所致的乳腺增生病有一定的治疗作用,可部分地使其恢复正常或减轻其增生程度。[Objective] To observe the effect of Xuandan cataplasm on inhibiting and treating hyperplasia of mammary gland（HMG）. [Methods] Seventy healthy female rats were selected and randomly divided into six groups. HMG was induced by intramuscular injection of benzoate estradiol in female ovariectomized rats with. Xuandan cataplasms and Rupixiao tablets were put on the breast. The outside appearance and histological structure of the breast and the content of dihydrotheelin in plasma were compared and observed. [Resuits] Xuandan cataplasm could inhibit mammary gland hyperplasia of rats and decrease the content of dihydrotheelin in plasma. [Conclusion] Xuandan cataplasm has definite treatment action on HMG induced by estradiol benzoate and can partially recover it to normal and lighten the hyperplasia degree.
