葛根芩连汤中7种药效组分分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析测定葛根芩连汤中7种药效组分。[方法]反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)。[结果]7种药效组分百分含量分别为:葛根素1.67%,黄芩苷0.36%,小檗碱0.085%,巴马汀0.031%,药根碱0.048%,甘草酸0.126%,甘草苷0.174%。[结论]葛根芩连汤中7种药效组分可作为其质量控制的科学指标。[Objective] To assay the seven drug active compositions of puerariae decoctions. [Methods] Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC） was used. [Results] The seven drug active compositions are： puerarin 1.67%; baicalin 0.36%; berberine 0.085%; palmatinc 0.031%： jateorhizine 0.048%; glycyrrhizic acid 0.126%; liquiritin 0.174%. [Conclusion] The seven drug active compositions of puerariae decoctions can be used as the science index of quality control.
